Kara’s Favorite Guac

I loove to make this guacamole and spread it on my lean burgers, use as an addition to my salad or just to dip my veggies in. Sneak it in to the next party you attend, but be sure to get you a scoop because it will go FAST!

Kara’s Favorite Guac


1 med-large Haas Avocado
4 T roasted red pepper hummus
1-2 T diced pimiento peppers
2 T chopped onion
Black pepper to taste



Cut avocado in half and remove the seed.

Scoop halves into a bowl and mix in remaining ingredients.

Using a fork, mash the avocado to the desired consistency.

Use as a spread on your turkey burger or to dip fresh veggies in!
